Are you our next Elemigo? We want experienced Talent Acquisition specialists who are native Italian speakers with a strong background in hiring, particularly in volume-based, field sales, and go-to-market roles across Europe. Can you walk the walk?

This role involves fast-paced, volume hiring across the European field sales landscape. We want to hear about your successes and results, especially any experience in financial services. Take charge by guiding a small team to build talent pools for future engagement. Be inventive by proactively sourcing talent across platforms and utilizing AI and other tools for benchmarking and assessment. We’re interested in how you attract frontline sales talent.

Enjoy sourcing for now and the future by building large talent pools and ensuring effective communication throughout the candidate journey. Get creative by crafting engaging outreach tailored to sales and go-to-market communities in Europe, especially in Nordics, Italy, and German-speaking countries. Work with the Head of TA to develop and measure effective hiring campaigns.

Take ownership of a large candidate funnel for multiple positions, tracking sourcing data via CRM/HRIS or ATS. Drive results with data, being comfortable with metrics and providing insights to support measurement and colleague development. Add value by engaging stakeholders, supporting hiring managers, benchmarking talent, and delivering targeted messaging for optimal hiring outcomes.

We seek proven experience in Financial Services or high-performing sales-based hiring roles as a Talent Acquisition partner, with demonstrated results in volume hiring. Positions are mainly 6+ month fixed-term contracts, with potential extensions and opportunities across multiple clients. The roles are remote, but fluency in Italian is essential.
