We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Recruiting team at our Milan office.

What you will do in this role

Together with the team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our company by bringing in the best talent. Your activities will include:

• End-to-end management of the selection process: from sourcing to offering
• Collaborating with Business Managers to understand hiring needs and define ideal profiles
• Building lasting relationships with candidates, also with a view to the future
• Conducting interviews for IT and engineering profiles, assessing technical skills and cultural fit
• Proposing innovative and data-driven strategies to improve selection processes

Who we are looking for

A curious, proactive and relationship-oriented person. If you recognise yourself in these characteristics, you could be the right person for us:

• At least 4-5 years' experience in IT and engineering recruitment
• Ability to manage the entire recruitment process independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work in a team and solve problems collaboratively
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree
• Excellent knowledge of French and English, knowledge of Italian will be considered a plus
