Responsibilities
Concretely, you will:
Write exciting job descriptions and advertise them on various platforms;
Manage the entire recruitment process including job adverts, screening incoming applications as well as organizing and conducting interviews;
Reach out to talent directly through active sourcing;
Plan and conduct online and in-person interviews;
Follow the employees' Odoo journey
Collaborate with universities and participate in recruiting events;
Implement your creative recruiting ideas and participate in employer branding projects!

MUST HAVE
- Excellent knowledge and communication skills in Italian native or bilingual & English C1 (it will be tested)
- Italian work permit
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational & personal skills
- Proactive
- People person
- Ability to work independently and autonomously as well as in a team
NICE TO HAVE
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and competitive environment
- Experience in the IT sector and/or affinity with IT
- Start-Up/Scale-Up experience
