Dr.Feel provides instant healthcare support with Personal Doctors and Pediatricians available via an app 7 days a week, booking of medical appointments across 4,800 medical centers, and personalized wellbeing journeys with nutritionists, psychologists, and other Specialists online.

To support our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will contribute to attracting, engaging and developing outstanding talent while supporting the evolution of our People function.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with the HRBP and collaborate with managers, founders and healthcare leaders across the organization.

AS A TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST YOU WILL:

• Publish job postings and screen CVs across multiple departments
• Organize and schedule interviews
• Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate recruitment processes
• Conduct first motivational and cultural interviews
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through continuous follow-up and communication
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation collection and preparation
• Prepare welcome kits and support operational onboarding activities
• Update employee records and maintain basic HR reporting
• Manage HR tools and support people administration activities
• Support the preparation of HR documentation and contracts
• Contribute to the organization of company events, workshops and offsites
• Coordinate operational learning activities (training calendars, registrations, reminders)
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction projects
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, master programs and other strategic talent partners
• Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture

• Fluent Italian and English
