The Role

Zambon SpA is looking for a "Tax Specialist" to join our HQ in Bresso.

Main Responsibilities of the role

  • Ensure compliance with Italian tax legislation regarding direct taxes and VAT, including direct tax computation.
  • Manage current and deferred tax impacts arising from the application of international accounting standards (e.g., IAS 19, IFRS 2, IFRS 16).
  • Handle international tax matters such as dividends, CFC rules and withholding taxes.
  • Analyze and manage VAT-related issues (supply chain flows, triangular transactions, import/export), supporting the Finance function in correctly setting up processes from a VAT perspective.
  • Ensure compliance with Italian regulations regarding indirect taxes (registration tax, IMU).
  • Monitor changes in Italian tax legislation and practice, and contribute to improving internal tax procedures.

What we are looking for

  • Degree in Law, Economics, or Finance. A Master’s degree in Tax Law or an equivalent specialization and/or qualification as a Chartered Accountant is considered a plus.
  • Excellent command of Italian and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French or Spanish is an additional asset.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Tax, preferably gained in multinational environments.
  • Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills. Proactivity is required.
