What you will do

We are looking for a Tax and Transfer Pricing Intern to join our team. The selected candidate will support the Tax department in day-to-day activities, with a focus on transfer pricing matters, both at the domestic and international level.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation for Italian and international entities, in collaboration with external consultants
• Supporting quarterly Transfer Pricing adjustments
• Contributing to tax-related analyses in the context of M&A and intercompany transactions
• Reviewing intercompany contracts and identifying tax-related implications

This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international tax environment and to develop technical and analytical skills in a dynamic team.

Who we are looking for

• MSc student or recent graduate in International Management, Economics, Finance, or related fields
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English and Italian
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF
• A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn

We offer a six-month paid internship

800 euro/month, meal tickets, smart working, company shuttle
