On behalf of an esteemed customer, luxury brand, We are recruiting the following profile, to join their Team in Milan:
TEAM & CLIENTELING MANGER/ HIGH LUXURY BRAND /MILAN
Responsibilities:
- Support the management team in the conduction of the Store
- Team Management (about 15 people Staff)
- Continuously analyze the customer journey and its KPIs, identifying trends and proposing concrete improvement actions.
- Build a strong customer experience
- Setting performance targets and driving department productivity and profitability
- Ensure that customer service and the store environment are always presented at the optimum level
- Customer discovery, personalization, and relationship-building processes
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
- Fluent spoken English and Italian
- At least 5 years in managerial role for Luxury Brands or Hospitality
- Business driven and detailed oriented
- Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers
- Confident, enthusiastic and positive
- Problem solving
