On behalf of an esteemed customer, luxury brand, We are recruiting the following profile, to join their Team in Milan:


TEAM & CLIENTELING MANGER/ HIGH LUXURY BRAND /MILAN


Responsibilities:

  • Support the management team in the conduction of the Store
  • Team Management (about 15 people Staff)
  • Continuously analyze the customer journey and its KPIs, identifying trends and proposing concrete improvement actions.
  • Build a strong customer experience
  • Setting performance targets and driving department productivity and profitability
  • Ensure that customer service and the store environment are always presented at the optimum level
  • Customer discovery, personalization, and relationship-building processes


The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

  • Fluent spoken English and Italian
  • At least 5 years in managerial role for Luxury Brands or Hospitality
  • Business driven and detailed oriented
  • Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers
  • Confident, enthusiastic and positive
  • Problem solving
