As the Team Lead Fraud Prevention, you will be responsible for preventing and detecting fraudulent activities from publishers and partners in our affiliate marketing network and online platforms.
You will protect the business, customers, and partners from non-compliant parties. You will lead a team of experienced Fraud Management Specialists and Developers, continuously improving fraud prevention tools and processes. Together with the Fraud Handling Team, you will respond to fraudulent activities accordingly.

- Key Tasks
- Review of New Publishers
- Review new publisher registrations and communications to ensure compliance and authenticity.
- Lifecycle Reviews
- Conduct regular audits during the publisher lifecycle to identify anomalies.
- Anomaly Monitoring
- Establish a monitoring system to detect anomalies for proactive fraud prevention.
- Payment Monitoring
- Review publisher payments on Awin and ShareASale platforms to identify irregularities.
- Fraud Prevention
- Develop and implement fraud detection and prevention measures. Maintain records and communicate findings.
- Business Requirements
- Gather fraud prevention requirements from colleagues, clients, and partners, and prioritize according to business needs.
- Documentation
- Establish accurate documentation of team actions for future reference.
- Reporting
- Proactively report anomalies and implement recommended actions.
- Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate to enhance processes, tools, and operations quality.
- Framework
- Revise existing documents such as T&Cs, code of conduct, and best practices periodically.
- Training and Advisory
- Provide advice and training on fraud prevention, detection, and resolution strategies.
- Skills & Expertise
- Language Proficiency
- Fluent in English; German is advantageous.
- Affiliate Marketing Fraud Prevention
- At least 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing fraud prevention or investigations.
- Online Environment Expertise
- Experience in digital platforms and e-commerce environments preferred.
- Leadership Skills
- At least 2 years of experience leading a team of five or more people.

- Familiarity with tools like Asana, AdPolice, IPQS is a plus.
