WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Core activities . As a Tech Lead you’ll lead technical direction, mentor the team, ensure high-quality delivery, and collaborate across functions to align technology with business goals.
• Technologies . '-.NET & C#; Azure Cloud – App Services, Functions, Containers and orchestration, Storage; Azure Monitoring & Key Vault – Observability and security; Azure DevOps & GitHub – version control, pipelines; Azure SQL & SQL Server.
• Team work . You will lead a talented team where you will make strategic decisions about designing, building, deploying and maintaining solutions.

WE'LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE…

• Academic background . A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or other equivalent technical degree.
• Valuable expertise . Ability to define and guide system architecture and technical direction and to ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability. Ability to mentor engineers and promote best practices, supporting team collaboration and growth. Experience in breaking down projects into technical tasks and drive high-quality, on-time delivery. Experience in translating technical concepts for stakeholders and aligning tech work with business goals.
• Nice to have . Microsoft certifications will be considered a plus. Power Platform (Low-code apps and automation) and Power BI (dashboarding and reporting) skills are a nice-to-have :)
• Soft skills . Strategic thinking and creativity in designing distinctive and value-driven offering. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide teams, resolve conflicts, and align technical decisions with business goals.
