Tech M&A Vice President — European IT/Software Deals

Klecha & Co. is seeking a Tech M&A Vice President based in Milan to manage corporate finance transactions in the tech sector. Ideal candidates will have at least 6 years of experience in M&A, excellent financial modeling and negotiation skills, as well as proficiency in both Italian and English. Candidates with knowledge of other European languages such as Spanish or French are also encouraged to apply.
