- Documentation hero: You know how to create clear, elegant, and intelligent construction documents.
- Detail-oriented & efficient: You can zoom from 100 meters to 1:1 and still keep your mind (and model) clean.
- Collaboration-friendly: You work fluidly with both concept designers and engineers — no drama, just rhythm.
- Curious and solution-driven: You like figuring things out and improving workflows, not following the same path twice.
