Technical Account Manager II for API Security

Job Description

You will work with customers to address their needs in API Security, implementing solutions for maximum impact. Your role is to help map APIs, assess exposure, showcase attack patterns and indicators of compromise, and drive customer success.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with customers from onboarding through renewal.
• Perform technical presentations and demos for customers and partners.
• Communicate concepts to executive-level decision-makers and follow up with technical staff across all areas.
• Adapt to complex, changing business environments to deliver valuable solutions to enterprise customers.
• Familiarize yourself with customer environments, requirements, and milestones to help drive value.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience and a track record in the security industry with large enterprise customers.
• Security knowledge: deep understanding of common API security vulnerabilities and attacks.
• Experience with a wide variety of cloud and cybersecurity solutions.
• Understanding of application security principles and how to apply them in the application development process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills.
