MuleSoft Technical Architects work as part of a team, demonstrating technical thought leadership in customer and partner engagements to deliver complex enterprise integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Through our extended onboarding program of formal certification, internal training, knowledge transfer, hands‑on experience, and close collaboration with other Architects, Consultants, and Project Managers, you will become a MuleSoft Domain Authority and deliver outstanding customer success.
As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for evaluating, designing, and overseeing the implementation of scalable and composable integration architectures. You will also identify and proactively handle technical risk areas, acting as the ultimate technical escalation point to see issues through to project completion.

Establish Centers for Enablement (C4E) – guide customers in setting up C4E operating models to drive API reuse, self‑service, and agility across their organization. Troubleshoot & Resolve – address key customer implementation issues and demonstrate the ability to drive complex technical challenges to a successful resolution.
