Technical Co-Founder, CTO

We are looking to connect with an exceptional Europe-based Technical Co-Founder / CTO for an early-stage B2B AI engineering software venture .

The project sits at the intersection of enterprise data infrastructure, AI, HPC, industrial software, and knowledge systems.

After encouraging early market validation and VC conversations, we are now looking for the right technical partner to help build the MVP, shape the architecture, and define the technical roadmap from day one.

Ideal profile

We are looking for someone with strong experience across:

• Data infrastructure: distributed systems, backend architecture, storage, ingestion pipelines, ML infrastructure, or scalable data platforms
• Technical computing environments: HPC, complex engineering data, automation workflows, scientific software, or industrial software platforms
• Zero-to-one execution: building a product, platform, or technical infrastructure from scratch
• Technical leadership: leading engineers, owning a technical roadmap, or assembling a small high-caliber team

Relevant backgrounds may include Databricks, Snowflake, Palantir, Confluent, Elastic, MongoDB, AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, NVIDIA, AMD, Rescale, enterprise software , industrial software , cloud infrastructure , AI infrastructure , or advanced R&D environments .

PhD-level technical depth is a plus, but not required if you have built and shipped serious systems.

This is an early-stage co-founder opportunity with meaningful ownership, high ambiguity, hands-on execution, and direct influence over the architecture, MVP, product roadmap, and technical team.
