Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Consultant with a strong hands-on approach to support the deployment, integration, and operational management of telecom solutions within customer environments.

This role is critical to ensuring that designed solutions are effectively implemented, seamlessly integrated, and reliably operated in production environments.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and execution focus, while collaborating closely with R&D, engineering, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly
• Deploy, configure, and maintain applications in complex environments
• Perform end-to-end system integration activities
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production issues
• Execute system testing, validation, and acceptance activities
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams

Core Technical Skills

• Operating Systems: Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu)
• Virtualization: VMware, KVM, OpenStack
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes (basic), OpenShift (good to have)
• Scripting: Bash, basic Python
• CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI
• API Tools: REST APIs, Postman, curl
• Networking: TCP/IP, routing, firewall fundamentals
• Telecom Protocols: SIP (basic knowledge), exposure to Diameter
• Monitoring Tools: ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL (basic understanding)

Soft Skills & Experience

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset
• Hands-on, execution-driven approach
• Ability to work effectively in production and high-pressure environments
• Strong collaboration skills in distributed/global teams
• High attention to detail with good documentation practices

Recommended / Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation and deployment optimization
• Exposure to cloud and hybrid environments
• Basic performance tuning knowledge
• Familiarity with AI tools (preferred):
• AI-assisted troubleshooting
• Log analysis and anomaly detection
• Automation tools
