About The Role

As a CBRE Technical Contract Support, you will provide administrative management of supplier contracts, certifications, and documentation consistent with internal and client requirements.

What You’ll Do

  • Collection and analysis of data related to accidents, near misses, and safety reports, with subsequent entry into internal and external management systems (Harbour, Risk Wise).
  • Support in managing relationships with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors regarding safety aspects and qualification within the CBRE supplier register and eKati system.
  • Development of safety and quality procedures in support of quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
  • Management and control of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including collection of documentation for subcontractor personnel and on-site audits.
  • Monitoring and management of site QHSE KPIs (OP 63 and OP 61).
  • Management of periodic inspections carried out by third-party bodies (overhead cranes, lifting accessories, elevators, lifelines).
  • Management of work permits and induction processes for visitors and suppliers.
  • Liaison with the H&S Manager (RSPP) and their collaborators; participation in audits.
  • Operational management of the following services, with particular focus on the client’s food safety certifications (FDA, BRC):
  • Industrial Cleaning services for production areas
  • Pest Control services for the entire facility
  • Management of external archives
  • Support in the preparation of reports, including documentation in English for colleagues.
  • Management of CRITER and F-Gas systems.
  • Preparation of Purchase Orders and Contracts.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
