We are looking for a Technical Customer Support to join our Customer Care team in our office in Casalecchio di Reno (BO)

In this role, you will assist with various tasks throughout the sales proces s, from the initial stages to post-sales suppor t

You will work closely with both internal teams and customers, gaining practical experience in a collaborative environment


What you will do:

  • Pre-Sales Suppor t: Help team and sales colleagues with technical studies and customer assistance during the early sales stage
  • Pricing Suppor t: Preparing quotes and making sure pricing meets customer needs and company standard
  • Post-Sales Suppor t: Support customers to ensure a smooth transition after the sale, managing updates and addressing post-sales inquiries and issue
  • Customer Communicatio n: Help in maintaining customers informed and in good relationships by addressing their need
  • Coordination with Plan t: Assist in communicating with the production team to make sure products are delivered on tim
  • Data and Reportin g: Use Excel to analyze data and help create reports that improve customer support processes


What we're looking f or:

  • Interest in data analysis and proficiency in Ex cel.
  • Good communication skills and ability to build relationsh ips with customers and colleagues.


Qualificati ons:

Currently studying or recently graduated in Enginee ring, Busi ness, Econom ics or a related field. Comfortable in both English and Italian, written and spoken.
