As Technical Field Engineer, you enable advanced lubrication solutions for the Industrial segment and help optimize products through close collaboration with Sales and Lubrifiants. You drive technical support, testing, and field trials, ensuring quality, safety, and environmental compliance. You work across Italy, translating market needs into practical product improvements and maintenance strategies. You join a mission to advance sustainable energy operations while supporting customers and partners.

Retribuzione / Benefits

• Provide technical support to the sales team and customers for Industrial lubricants and materials


• Support improvement and modification projects by integrating technical and commercial aspects


• Collaborate with TotalEnergies Lubrifiants in developing and implementing new products via market analysis, lab tests and on-site trials


• Ensure post-sales technical support to customers and partners, including lubrication plans and operations analysis


• Support customers in condition-based and predictive maintenance using vibration analysis, thermography, video endoscopy, and remote monitoring tools


• Manage non-routine technical issues and contribute to problem-solving methodologies


• Support Sales in post-sales technical issues, including customer complaints


• Contribute to technical training and communication activities with Marketing and Sales


• Update product technical data sheets in line with TotalEnergies Lubrifiants developments

Responsabilità

• Technical degree with competencies in Tribology


• 5–8 years of experience in lubricants industry or similar sector


• Knowledge of lubricants applications and condition monitoring techniques


• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills


• Willingness to travel across Italy


• Fluent in Italian and English


• ISO 18436-1 / ISO 18436-2 certification is a plus
