Job Title: Junior Technical ICT Solution Sales Engineer (Chinese Speaker)

Job Location: Milan (Italy)

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify network trends, customer pain points, and improvement opportunities, contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to design and propose tailored technical solutions based on customer requirements, network conditions, and industry standards.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of solution planning, product presentations, and technical demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Contribute to achieving market and sales targets by supporting solution development and deployment processes.
• Provide technical support to senior members of the Solution Sales team, including documentation, research, and analysis for ongoing projects.
• Stay up to date with Huawei’s cutting-edge network products, solutions, and industry advancements through continuous learning and training.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field, such as Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Management Engineer, Finance, Economics or a related discipline, graduating between January 2025 and December 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage cross-project tasks and stakeholder needs. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for technology and a keen interest in network solutions, customer engagement, and innovation.
• Language requirements: Good command of English and fluent in Italian. Knowledge of Chinese language is mandatory.
