We are looking for a SFDC Technical Leader to join programs focused on the evolution and management of the Salesforce platform, primarily related to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud .

The role will act as a technical reference point for solution definition and platform evolution, ensuring architectural consistency and proper alignment between business needs and technical implementation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Technical leadership of Salesforce solutions, ensuring architectural consistency and high-quality implementations
  • Analysis and translation of functional requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions
  • Support in defining Salesforce development and configuration best practices and standards
  • Oversight of solution implementation and management of key technical decisions
  • Coordination of technical activities within the project team
  • Continuous interaction with IT and business stakeholders to ensure solution alignment
  • Work in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts
  • Coordination and supervision of external vendors, ensuring delivery quality and consistency


WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU


  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Experience in technical leadership or solution design roles
  • Ability to work in structured, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Attitude toward coordination and management of project activities
  • Experience in customer care projects (NTH)
  • Knowledge of voice, IVR, CTI, or contact center integration solutions (NTH)
