Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and deliver enterprise‑grade Sprinklr platform solutions, focusing on CCaaS and digital transformation. You’ll work with customers and cross‑functional teams to ensure architectures meet business goals, guide implementation, and maintain high standards of security and efficiency. You help shape the delivery framework and share best practices to elevate customer experiences. This is a hands‑on, advisory role at the intersection of sales, engineering, and customer success, with a strong impact on large‑scale deployments.

- Review solution designs and assist sales in scoping
- Evaluate implementation strategies and tailor estimates for assigned accounts
- Provide design consultation and manage technical decisions and risks
- Collaborate with solution consultants and engagement managers to align designs with customer needs
- Create and own design artifacts and security/compliance documentation
- Develop enterprise architecture with low‑level designs and digital transformation blueprints
- Map solution builds with stakeholders and align architecture to business goals
- Implement best practices, verify configuration and health of instances
- Enforce UAT and sandbox protocols for compliance
- Support project delivery, handover to customer success, and answer operational questions
- Share best practices and industry use cases to improve customer experience
- Maintain awareness of Managed Services initiatives on assigned accounts
Responsabilità
- 8+ years in architect/consulting roles focusing on CCaaS/digital transformation
- Sprinklr platform and solutioning experience from implementations/integrations
- Telco/call center network/infrastructure and SaaS/Cloud enterprise architect experience (Fortune 500)
- Experience in telephony, network, database, core data design, security, integrations
- Experience working with business leaders to define objectives and roadmaps
- Expert understanding of Call Centre tech stack, CPaaS, CCaaS, CRM/CSM
- Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs and Webhooks
- Familiarity with SAML, SSO, OAuth for platform authentication
- Knowledge of relational databases and MongoDB
- Strong teamwork, initiative, and fast-learning
- SDLC familiarity and best practices
- English and Italian mandatory
- Role based in Milan, Italy; on‑site three days/week
