Free2Move eSolutions ( a Stellantis company ( ready to become an international leader in the design, manufacture and supply of e-mobility products and services , is looking for a Technical Product Owner to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution.
You will be the guardian of our end-to-end flows, ensuring that our core platforms—primarily Salesforce and Zuora —work in harmony to support the customer lifecycle.
This role is a mix of Product Owner (backlog and stakeholder management) and Business Analyst (requirement gathering).
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Orchestration: Design and maintain complex functional flows between systems (e.g., Salesforce ↔ Backend ↔ External Partners like ChargeGuru).
- Subscription Management (Zuora): Oversee the product catalog, subscription lifecycles, billing/invoicing processes, and payment reconciliations.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary translator between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring technical solutions are coherent and scalable.
- Project Leadership: Lead high-impact initiatives, such as implementing instant payment flows or optimizing aftersales KPI tracking.
- Backlog & Requirement Management: Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Platform Ownership (Salesforce): Act as a Functional Lead/Admin; managing Lead/Account/Case logic, data models, automations, and reporting/dashboards.
Requirements & Skills
Mandatory
- Experience: 3+ years in a Product Owner or Business/Functional Analyst role within a complex digital ecosystem.
- Experience with Zuora or similar billing/subscription engines (Stripe Billing, Recurly, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Analytical Rigor: Proven ability to map out "As-Is" and "To-Be" processes for end-to-end customer journeys.
- Communication: ability to explain technical constraints to business users and business goals to developers.
Preferred
- Technical Mindset: Ability to understand API interactions and system integrations without necessarily writing code.
- Salesforce knowledge (Objects, flows, conversion logic, and reporting).
