In this role, you lead a global team of software validation managers to own validation strategy for large platform projects. You will align multiple validation teams, instill a quality-first mindset, and drive the software validation process across domains such as infotainment, ADAS, and connectivity. You’ll partner with architects, development, and test environments to ensure timely, high-quality validation and adherence to automotive standards, enabling scalable, cross-domain validation at Stellantis.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ethical guidelines

Responsabilità

• Master in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 10+ years in Automotive industry
• Minimum 5+ years of team leadership (3 years disciplinary)
• Strong project experience across Propulsion, Infotainment, Connectivity, Platform Services
• Good knowledge of modern SW development, integration methods and tool chains
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
• People leadership across ambiguous environments and multiple projects
• Experience with automotive testing standards and complex test environments
• Experience managing global teams
• Experience with planning, status & risk reporting and escalation; global governance
• Budget planning and management
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Foundational experience with Agile, Scrum and DFSS methods
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs, release schedules
