Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
  • At least eight (8) years of relevant work experience post-degree
  • Excellent spoken and written English, including report writing skills

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate project technical safety interfaces between work packages and contractors, ensuring compliance with schedule, design basis, data sets, and safety standards
  • Ensure cost-effective integration between different packages and contractors, and between surface and subsurface activities
  • Maintain technical integrity of interfaces
  • Manage interfaces and activities, ensuring traceability of agreements and changes
  • Foster technical cooperation within the team and with contractors to minimize risks

Key activities:

  • Coordinate with technical managers to ensure alignment and consistency of safe design
  • Regularly issue technical safety status reports, including progress and concerns
  • Organize and lead safety meetings with contractors to mitigate risks and agree on solutions
