  • CareGlance ( is a dynamic startup specialized in innovative solutions utilizing laser technology, industrial processes, and quality control systems. To support our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive with strategic insight, Scientific or Engineering degree and a strong network within the laser and industrial sectors . The main goals will be:
  • Expand CareGlance's international market presence.
  • Enhance strategic partnerships and client relationships to sustain long-term growth.
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales budget.


The ideal candidate must have the following requirements:


Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute commercial strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Identify, negotiate, and close key sales opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract finalization.
  • Analyze customer needs, coordinating closely with the R&D department to deliver tailored technical solutions.
  • Manage and expand existing client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ability to coordinate and oversee the activities of junior team members, mentoring and supporting them in achieving team goals.
  • Engage in targeted marketing activities to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Represent CareGlance at international trade fairs, industry events, and key networking opportunities.
  • Regularly report sales progress, forecasts, and market insights through company CRM.


Required Qualifications:

  • Scientific or Engineering degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a solid background in laser technology, industrial processes, or quality control systems.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, sales negotiation, and deal execution.
  • Strong professional network and previous experience with laser-related companies.
  • Fluent English, excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Availability for international travel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Driving license (Category B).


The following are considered a plus:

  • Prior experience working in startup or growth-focused environments.
  • Experience with European public tender processes.
  • Familiarity with additional languages beyond English and Italian.


Location: Milan, Italy (with international travel)
