We are currently seeking a Technical Sales Manager to support and expand activities in Northern Italy, ideally based in Emilia-Romagna-a key strategic region for intensive agriculture.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide agronomic and technical support to the commercial team and distribution network.
Design and deliver training and knowledge-transfer sessions for growers, partners, and internal teams.
Plan, implement, and monitor field trials to evaluate product performance and adapt strategies to regional crop needs.
Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to tailor global innovations to local market requirements.
Build strong relationships with farmers, cooperatives, agronomists, and industry stakeholders.
Requirements:
Degree in Agronomy or a related field.
5+ years of experience in technical or agronomic roles, ideally in crop nutrition or biostimulants.
Solid understanding of Northern Italy's cropping systems (e.g., fruit, vegetables, vines, arable).
Proficiency in Italian and English (spoken and written).
Proactive, autonomous, and willing to travel extensively across the region.
