About the Role:

As a Technical Sales Manager , you will act as a bridge between our technical capabilities and customer needs. Working closely with the Sales, Engineering, and Customer Service teams, you will support the full sales cycle of highly technical products and solutions, ensuring that our offering aligns with the customer’s operational requirements and ACMA’s technological excellence.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer requirements and translate them into tailored technical solutions aligned with ACMA’s product portfolio.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals.
  • Support Sales Area Manager throughout the entire commercial process—from pre‑sales technical evaluation to the preparation of technical‑commercial offers.
  • Participate in contract negotiations, ensuring that technical specifications and commercial agreements are fully aligned.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (R&D, Engineering, Production, Quality, Customer Care) to address customer needs and propose product improvements.
  • Monitor market trends, product performance, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to support business development initiatives.
  • Provide technical support during post‑sales phases, ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless project follow‑up.
  • Represent ACMA at trade fairs, customer visits, and technical meetings.

What You Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Chemical, or related).
  • Previous experience of 2-3 years in technical sales, technical support, or automation/industrial machinery environments is considered a strong asset.
  • Solid technical understanding of automated machinery, industrial processes, or packaging technologies.
  • Strong problem‑solving attitude, strong customer orientation, ability to think out‑of the box.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously, and collaborate within cross‑functional teams.
  • Availability to travel for customer visits, training, and events.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, technical documentation, and structured problem‑solving methodologies is an asset.
