What you’ll do
Develop and grow the Italian market by acquiring new customers and identifying new business opportunities Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through regular customer visits Prepare technical quotations and support tender processes Deliver engaging product presentations, demonstrations and customer training Work closely with Product Management, System Engineering and Technical Sales teams Monitor market developments, industry trends and competitor activities Represent BAUR at trade fairs, exhibitions and customer events
What you’ll bring
Degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering Minimum 5 years experience in technical B2B sales of complex products Strong technical understanding and customer consulting skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style High level of professionalism, negotiation skills and intercultural awareness Fluent Italian and English Willingness to travel up to 40%
