Business & Organizational Development Manager
Location: Castelfalfi (FI) – situated between Pisa, Firenze and Siena, in a countryside estate that blends historic charm with luxury hospitality.
Castelfalfi combines excellence in hospitality, organic agriculture and real‑estate development, with a focus on people, space and local heritage.
Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and cross‑functional projects, coordinating business transformation and continuous improvement efforts, analysing and refining operational processes, defining governance and corporate procedures, preparing executive presentations and reports, collecting and analysing organisational data, and supporting digital transformation and automation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support development and implementation of strategic initiatives and transversal projects.
- Coordinate activities related to business transformation, organisational development, and process improvement.
- Analyse, review and optimise operational processes, approval flows and organisational models.
- Support the definition of governance, procedures and corporate policies.
- Monitor project progress, milestones and follow‑up activities.
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, business reviews and management support materials.
- Collect, consolidate and analyse operational data to support decision making.
- Facilitate alignment among corporate functions, operational departments and stakeholders.
- Support implementation of digital tools, reporting systems and automation initiatives.
- Participate in project meetings, coordination tables and external stakeholder engagements.
Required Competencies:
- Project coordination and management of transversal activities.
- Knowledge of organisational processes, operational models and business flows.
- Analytical, synthesis and information structuring skills.
- Experience in preparing executive presentations and management reporting.
- Good knowledge of project‑management and reporting tools.
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent command of Italian and English.
- Familiarity with digital tools and continuous improvement workflows.
- Strong organisational and priority‑setting abilities.
- Structured, problem‑solving orientation.
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks.
- Excellent relational and cross‑functional coordination skills.
- Communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Attention to detail, reliability and precision.

Contractual Conditions:
- CCNL Turismo – Full Time.
- Salary will be negotiated during the selection process based on experience, market conditions and company context.

Location: Firenze (FI) – hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set commercial appointments with customer companies or prospects.
- Conduct consultative visits to support clients holistically in HR matters.
- Negotiate commercial agreements.
