To further strengthen our Team in Italy, we are currently looking for a Technical Sales Manager PVC & Rubber (m/f/d) based in Milan, Italy.

  • You advise and support our customers in the PVC and rubber sectors.
  • You hold full sales and profit responsibility for your customer portfolio (including key accounts) in Italy.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the expansion of the business and acquire new customers.
  • Strengthening and developing relationships with existing customers is a key part of your role.
  • You conduct market research, identify trends, and translate them into successful business initiatives.

Your profile

  • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • Initial professional experience (1–5 years) in the PVC and/or rubber industry
  • Open-minded personality with a hands‑on approach
  • Structured, self‑reliant, and highly organized way of working
  • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 60–70% of the time, primarily for customer visits in Italy)
