Position Overview We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative to join the Capital Markets Solutions Business Unit, which supports the qualification and sale process of its solutions and platforms dedicated to:
Trading: order management, smart routing, algorithmic execution, transparency
Financial Back Office: administration of financial instruments, derivatives, asset management, funds, settlement
Market Compliance: regulatory reporting (EMIR, MiFID, SFTR), market abuse management, insider list management
The position reports to the Chief of Technical Support, within the Capital Markets BU and works with the Sales Department to identify and implement the best business development strategies on the firm's accounts.
He leverages a deep knowledge of BU solutions and the functional domain of capital markets and finance, the ability to investigate customer and target needs and the development of a personalized value proposition.
Responsibilities
Monitor and analyse capital markets trends
Identify target clients and market segments for business development initiatives
Conduct competitor analysis to assess positioning and monitor market dynamics
Gather business requirements and conduct feasibility studies
Design and propose tailored solutions to clients, preparing functional analysis documents with detailed specifications
Perform gap analysis against international standards, assess new features, and prepare detailed documentation
Elaborate the value proposition for the customer or target
Interact within the pre-sales team in producing presentations and functional proposals
Required Skills & Experience
5 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in areas covered by TAS solutions
Proven background in Pre-Sales, Business Development, and Business and Functional Analysis
Solid knowledge and hands‑on experience in:
Back Office Securities and Derivatives
Regulatory frameworks (MiFID, EMIR)
Market access and brokerage processes
Practical user experience with financial applications in the above domains
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with clients and multiple stakeholders
Business-level English proficiency (able to conduct meetings and deliver presentations)
Education Master's degree in Economics (MBA appreciated), Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent fields.

Contract Metalworking Industry Collective Agreement
Compensation Compensation for this role ranges from 60,000 € and 70,000 €.
Placement within this range is determined by several factors, including:
