For Siemens, we’re looking for:

Technical Sales Specialist (PLM) – Medium Voltage Products

Your mission and responsibilities:

  • Conduct period customer visits in collaboration with Sales to develop customer intimacy
  • Provide technical product consultancy and support product selection
  • Support scouting of new customers and promote the Medium Voltage Products portfolio and portfolio updates
  • Enhance building of partnerships with customers through the implementation of existing Siemens partnership models
  • Support planning of customer demand within existing business partnerships, working in close proximity to Conduct thorough market analysis to highlight portfolio gaps and fit to market versus competitors
  • Identify unmet customer needs
  • Support Building of business cases for new products and business models
  • Manage, in cooperation with the sales team, long term relationships with key customers, including customer agreements and pricing strategies
  • Act as a trusted technical partner for key customers
  • Support customer in ensuring post-sales topics such as warranties, failures, and claims are correctly addressed in the Siemens organization
  • Collect and analyze customer technical requirements
  • Configure products and validate technical feasibility
  • Technically Support negotiations
  • Coordinate offer strategy with Sales and Service teams

Your qualifications and experiences:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, relevant technical diploma or equivalent technical background
  • Experience in Medium Voltage Switchgears (preferable), Medium voltage products or power distribution and transmission.
  • Experience in technical sales, pre-sales engineering,
  • Knowledge of MV circuit breakers, protection systems, or similar products
  • Ability to manage complex technical-commercial processes end-to-end
  • Experience working with configurators, pricing tools, and order systems
  • Coordination skills in international and cross-functional environments
  • Passion to never-stop growing
  • Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Eligibility to work in Italy
