Technical Sales Support Engineer

Reporting to the TSS Team Leader, the Technical Sales Support Engineer is a key point of contact for both customers and salesforce and provide techical support both for domestic and foreign colleagues.
Main Activities
- Doing technical specification analysis and product selection
- Doing technical proposal
- Providing technical documentation
- Bearing and gears calculation in the proposal phase
- Drive unit components analysis, selection and pricing
- Preparing general assembly drawings
- Updating project time schedule
- Supporting other members of the sales team by training them on the product applications
Education
Degree in Mechanic or Mechatronic Engineering
Requirements
- English - good knowledge
- Strong mechanical skills
- 2D-3D technical drawing
- Microsoft Office - good knowledge
- Job experience from 3 to 5 years in a similar position

- Communication skills, including the ability to explain clearly, listen to the feedback of clients and relay this to colleagues
