About this opportunity We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Support Intern to join our team in Italy. In this role, you will support the technical and solution sales teams in activities related to customer opportunities, solution positioning and pre‑sales support. You will gain exposure to how technology solutions are presented, discussed and tailored to customer needs, working in close collaboration with sales, technical and delivery teams. Preparing customer presentations, solution materials and sales support documentation. Supporting the analysis of customer needs and helping connect them with Ericsson solutions and offerings. Contributing to the preparation of technical and commercial material for customer opportunities. Supporting market, customer and competitor analysis to strengthen sales positioning. Helping collect and organize inputs from different internal teams involved in pre‑sales and delivery activities. Supporting knowledge sharing across the team, including lessons learned, best practices and reusable materials. Learning how technical solutions are positioned and presented to customers in a clear, value‑oriented way. What this role is about

Ongoing or recently completed university degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field. Interest in technology, digital solutions, sales support and customer engagement. Good analytical and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and ability to present information clearly. Curiosity, proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work with presentations, data, reports and digital tools. Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. What you will learn
