Work Responsibility:
After-Sales Support
- Deliver expert, solution-driven technical support to our professional customers and partners.
- Conduct engaging training sessions to empower installers and internal teams.
- Manage RMA requests with speed and precision to keep customer satisfaction high.
- Drive service optimization, improving response times, parts usage, and cost-efficiency.
- Track and report service KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
Pre-Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during customer meetings and project planning.
- Prepare compelling technical proposals, system designs, and product presentations.
- Ensure all technical solutions meet local regulatory and grid requirements.
- Monitor local market trends and share insights with R&D, product, and marketing teams.
- Support our presence at trade shows, technical workshops, and partner events.
- Provide hands-on support during on-site installations and commissioning when needed.
Requirements:
- Based in Italy with the ability to travel nationally and occasionally internationally.
- Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (renewable energy specialization is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, engineering, or field services, preferably in the solar, energy, or electrical sectors.
- Technically skilled, solution-oriented, and a natural communicator with a customer-first mindset.
- Adaptable and proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
