Technical Solutions Manager

Responsibilities

Market Insight: Be familiar with the photovoltaic and energy storage market policies and grid connection requirements of the target countries;

Solution value delivery: Responsible for the solution value delivery to customers and partners, including technical workshop, training for partners, participating project development, solution design, POC test, etc.;

Solution design: Analyze and understand customer requirements, prepare technical proposal and make ROI calculation;

Study product features and make comparison analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above, with education background in electrical engineering, automation, power electronics, power systems, photovoltaics, electrochemical energy storage and other energy-related majors preferred;

Required Skills

More than 3 years working experience in photovoltaic, energy storage, EV charging related technology or solution sales, with experience in Residential, Commercial & Industrial, Utility photovoltaic systems is preferred;

Strong teamwork spirit and communication skills;

Fluent in written and spoken English;

Positive attitude; responsible, resilient, and able to withstand certain pressure;
