Job Title: Technical Support Engineer
Working Model: Full-time / Remote Work ((preferred base: Milan or Central Italy near Rome)

We are now seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our after-sales team in Italy . This role plays a critical part in ensuring our customers receive excellent support for our renewable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, or on-site when necessary
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to our inverters and energy storage products
- Coordinate with internal technical and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Prepare and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and technical guides.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Report recurring technical issues and user feedback to product and R&D teams
Requirements:
- Candidate preferred due to travel and fieldwork needs
- language proficiency at B2 level or above; English proficiency is a plus
- At least 6 months of experience in technical support, electrical engineering, or a related field
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Italy
- Strong troubleshooting skills and customer-oriented mindset
