About the Role
Build and run the technical/training/warranty function and team of the company, report to the head of aftersales&spare-parts department.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the construction of technical management/training/warranty and claim process and team building;
Responsible fortechnical support and quality system and warranty system construction;
Responsible forthe formulation of KPI of technical quality team and service stations;
Responsible forthe implementation of technical quality business plan;
Responsible forthe formulation and implementation of training plans;
Responsible forsetting up the training classes;
Responsible forKPI development of warranty team;
Responsible forwarranty business planning and warranty management of service stations and dealers;
Undertake related tasks of the department;
Qualifications
Fluent English and Italian. xpavfwm Experience in the OEM or distributor same position in European market mainstream vehicle brands.
