What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to hypothesis development and synthesize analysis in a clear and strategic manner.
  • Conduct client interviews and research to identify key themes and focus areas.
  • Regularly communicate with client contacts and develop high‑quality strategic content and insight for the engagement.
  • Deliver within your own workstreams and activities as a crucial member of technology strategy teams.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience within a well‑regarded management consultancy in a project delivery capacity.
  • Understanding in at least one core domain such as Application Architecture and Roadmap, Digital Transformation, Agile / DevOps, Cloud solution, SAP, ERP, etc.
  • Experience working with one or more IT solutions.
  • Unwavering commitment to the success of your team and willingness to provide and receive constructive/corrective action.
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and ability to assist in the creative development of solutions and strategies to solve client problems.
  • Hands‑on ability to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously.
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience leading people and building high‑performing teams that leverage technology to drive mission‑critical priorities of commercial or government entities.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate professionals from both technical and non‑technical backgrounds toward a common goal.
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication.
  • Expertise with strategic consulting frameworks.
  • Capability to build rapid prototypes for presentations / sales proposals.
  • Excellent people skills and customer‑relationship track record.
  • Experience developing client business relationships as part of a commercial organisation.
