Electrical & Electronic Technician
Location: Breganze, IT

AGCO is looking for a talented Electrical & Electronic Technician to join our Engineering Department. This role is ideal for a qualified technician interested in working on complete combine harvesters within a flexible, team-oriented engineering and prototyping environment.
In this role, you will play a key part in the installation, diagnosis, and validation of electrical and electronic systems on combine harvesters, headers, and test equipment. You will support prototype builds and modifications to the machines' electrical architecture in an onsite operational environment.
Your impact
Perform high-quality electrical and electronic installations, wiring, and troubleshooting activities on prototype combine harvesters and agricultural systems to support product development.
Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to ensure accurate assembly and modifications.
Install, route, and connect wiring harnesses, sensors, ECUs (controllers), and electronic components, ensuring proper functionality and readiness for testing.
Diagnose issues in electrical and electronic systems on prototype machines using diagnostic tools, measurement equipment, and software.
Collaborate closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to build, test, and improve electrical and electronic systems, focusing on performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Support internal testing and validation activities, ensuring systems meet engineering requirements and quality standards.
Your experience and qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting of electrical and electronic systems within agricultural machinery, automotive, industrial equipment, or similar environments.
High school diploma or equivalent, with strong electrical and electronic technical skills related to equipment integration and maintenance.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
Experience with CAN bus or diagnostic tools is considered a plus.
Good knowledge of Italian and basic knowledge of English is a plus.

Compensation Indicative salary range: €30,000 gross per year (blue-collar classification).
The indicated salary range represents an estimate for the role. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, in compliance with EU regulations on pay transparency and equal pay.
