Job Description
- Service Technician with an electronic background to support the maintenance of the test benches installed at the Elemaster production sites.
- The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising production 3-4 days a week and be ready to intervene immediately in the event of problems with the test benches.
Requirements
- Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience in the electronics sector.
- Experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electronic equipment, preferably test benches.
- Analysis and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve malfunctions promptly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to travel for service needs.
- Proactivity and aptitude for continuous learning to acquire in-depth knowledge of the test benches.
- Short experience in the electronics sector
Responsibilities
- Operational supervision at the ELEMASTER production sites to ensure the correct functioning of the test benches.
- Immediate intervention in case of failures or malfunctions of the test benches.
- Interface with the Service Manager and with the bench designers to fully understand their operation.
- Provision of training to ELEMASTER maintenance personnel to ensure adequate autonomy in the ordinary management of the benches.
- Availability to travel for any technical interventions or training at other locations.
Will be a Preferential Title
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance (e.g., IPC, ISO, CE, FCC).
