TEMPORARY RISK & CHANGE MANAGER – CAPITAL PROJECTS (PHARMA / LIFE SCIENCES)

A prestigious company operating in the Pharma / Life Sciences sector has entrusted us with the search for a:

PART-TIME

CONTRACT DURATION: 18–24 months

START DATE: May 2026

The Role

You will be involved in strategic pharmaceutical projects, supporting the entire change control lifecycle , from design through commissioning, qualification and handover.

You will act as the focal point for assessing and governing scope changes , ensuring alignment between project objectives, regulatory constraints and financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Change Management process
• Assess and consolidate the impact of changes on schedule, cost and risk
• Govern Change Review Boards and support Stage Gate Reviews
• Collaborate with Project Controls on budget, schedule and risk registers
• Coordinate engineering disciplines (Process, Utilities, HVAC, Automation, CQV, QA)
• Ensure GMP/GxP compliance , documentation quality and audit readiness
• Prevent scope creep through value engineering and scope containment
• Proven ability in the fundamentals of Risk Management
• Expert knowledge of Project Controls and Project Management
• Extensive experience in risk & project management, execution planning, construction management, scheduling and progress tracking, cost management and value engineering
• Strong experience in leading risk reduction initiatives and managing outcomes

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of GMP/GxP and pharmaceutical project lifecycles
• Experience in capital projects within Pharma / Life Sciences
• Strong exposure to Commissioning & Qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Good knowledge of Monte Carlo Analysis software (Acumen, @Risk, Safran, PRA)
• Proven ability in Risk Management fundamentals
• Ability to evaluate the impact of changes on budget, schedule and risk
• Excellent communication skills toward senior stakeholders
• Structured, detail-oriented and strong decision-making approach
• Active VAT registration (Partita IVA)
• Availability starting May 2026
