Tender Specialist Italy

The main purpose of this role is to detect tender opportunities and manage the tender process, ensuring alignment with requirements in timing and collaboration with key departments. This process will ensure the correct application of local procurement law and will be tracked through established tools, avoiding submission of unauthorised offers.

This role reports to the Sr. Tender and Commercial Operations Manager Italy and is a hybrid position based in Milan, Sesto San Giovanni.

What will you be doing?

• Lead tender processes for assigned areas, including administrative documentation, collection of technical files, and drafting the economic section.
• Ensure all documents comply with local regulations and tender requirements.
• Maintain the internal repository for submitted tenders accurately.
• Manage pricing correctly in SAP.

What will you need to be successful?

Education:

Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Economics, or Law.

Licenses/Certifications & Experience:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Minimum 5 years of experience in tender departments within the medical device sector.

Solid experience using public authority platforms.

Good knowledge of the current Codice degli Appalti D. Lgs. 36/2023.
