At Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, our dedication unites us in a shared mission to improve patient care and outcomes through world‑leading healthcare solutions. We call this commitment Care by Design.
Our journey began in New Zealand over five decades ago when a visionary doctor and two ingenious engineers pioneered a new approach to respiratory health. Today, we are a leading designer, manufacturer, and marketer of products and systems for acute and chronic respiratory care, anaesthesia, and the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea. Our innovative products positively impact the lives of millions of patients annually, operating in over 120 countries worldwide.
We seek individuals who prioritize enduring relationships and creative thinking and who are driven to make a difference. In return, we will support your personal and professional growth within an inclusive work environment built on a foundation of care and collaboration. Together, we form a team of compassionate individuals dedicated to purposeful work.
About the Role

Collaborate closely with and support our distributors to ensure effective product promotion and sales strategies.
Conduct product demonstrations and evaluations to help customers experience firsthand the life‑changing benefits of our devices in operating room and NORA environments.
Provide training and post‑sales support to healthcare professionals after the sale, ensuring they are equipped to use our products effectively and deliver outstanding patient care.
Attend and represent the company at relevant medical congresses and events, expanding your network and sharing insights into our innovative solutions.
Update and manage the CRM system to track customer interactions, sales, and activities. Experience with CRM tools is preferred.
About You
Medical or technical background: ideally a degree in a relevant field (e.g., biomedical engineering, anaesthesia nursing, or a clinical‑related discipline). Substantial experience in the anaesthesia or surgical environment is essential. An established network is a strong advantage.
Proven sales experience with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical concepts to healthcare professionals.
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders across hospital departments and distributors. Cross‑functional teamwork is fundamental.

CRM proficiency: experience using CRM tools to manage sales activities, customer relationships, and market intelligence.
Salary Range To be discussed during the interview. The final salary will depend on factors such as experience, education, and location.
