About the Role


As a Territory Manager within our Orthopedics & Sports Medicine team, you will represent a high-quality portfolio of innovative medical devices and solutions. You will play a key role in supporting healthcare professionals in achieving better patient outcomes while positioning yourself as a trusted partner across your territory.


This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic account management with hands-on clinical support, working closely with your Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the commercial strategy across Toscana & Umbria, driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within both public and private healthcare sectors
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and provide high-level technical and commercial support
  • Promote the Orthopedics and Sports Medicine portfolio through product presentations, demos, and on-site support
  • Manage the full tender process, from pre-tender preparation to post-award follow-up, coordinating with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Logistics)
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM system to track opportunities and pipeline progress
  • Support product installations, commissioning, and clinical training sessions
  • Contribute to new product launches and market development initiatives


Your Profile

  • Degree in a scientific field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in medical device sales (field-based role)
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to combine strategic selling with clinical expertise
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
