Territory Manager – Region Northern Italy
We are looking for an experienced Territory Manager (100% m/f/d) to support and grow our specialist retailers in Northern Italy.
Responsibilities
- Analyze market potential and develop concepts to increase market share.
- Provide strategic business consulting to optimize sales and service capabilities of retailers.
- Support and further develop existing retailers with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Perform active sales of our products and support product presentation and assortment design on site.
- Provide customer support and sales/business consulting.
Qualifications
- Strong affinity for sports.
- Highly structured, strategic, and result‑oriented work style.
- Confident handling of digital CRM tools.
- Strong negotiation skills and proven sales experience.
- In‑depth industry knowledge with basic technical knowledge in the bicycle and e‑bike sector.
- Above‑average customer commitment and professional communication skills.
- Experience in field sales, preferably with a focus on sales or business consulting.
- Strong team and communication skills, resilient and well organized.
- Independent, conscientious, service‑oriented, and proactive way of working.
- High willingness to travel (approx. 75%) and readiness for regular overnight stays.
- High motivation for new challenges and strong identification with our products.
- Active, sports‑oriented personality.
Language Requirements
- Italian – native level.
- English – good knowledge.
Travel Requirements
Approximately 75% travel within the territory, with regular overnight stays.
