Sandoz is seeking an Area Manager in Italy to lead a field-based team of Pharmacy Account Specialists across Milano. You will define and execute the commercial strategy, coach the team, and drive growth in generic medicines with a strong customer focus.
The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, proven sales leadership in Pharmacy/Pharma, and fluent Italian with good English. Expect ~40-hour weeks, full-time field duties, and a focus on ethics and performance.
