Test Engineer
to join our Technology Excellence Center (TEC) team based in Piombino Dese (PD). The role will focus on mechanical, functional and analytical testing of materials, drug containment solutions and delivery devices in regulated environments.
You will: Support the execution of experimental testing activities in laboratory environments Perform mechanical, physical and analytical testing under the guidance of senior team members Assist in the development, optimization and validation of test methods Collect, analyze and organize test data, contributing to technical reports and presentations Support the calibration, maintenance and proper functioning of laboratory equipment Participate in environmental, stress and accelerated testing activities (e.g. stability and shelf-life studies) Contribute to troubleshooting activities and root cause investigations Support the characterization of Container Closure Systems (integrity, functionality, forces, resistance) and Drug Delivery Systems & Medical Devices (e.g. pens, autoinjectors) through performance and reliability testing
What We Are Looking For Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or related scientific fields Some experience in laboratory or testing environments, preferably within pharma, medical devices, packaging or related industries Academic or practical knowledge of materials science and mechanical principles, with interest in glass, plastics and rubber materials Familiarity with laboratory testing methods and equipment Basic knowledge of analytical techniques such as mechanical testing, microscopy or material characterization Understanding of data analysis and scientific reporting principles Strong problem-solving mindset, curiosity and willingness to learn Knowledge of Minitab, Origin and MS Office is considered a plus Exposure to simulation tools (e.g. Ansys) or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus Full proficiency in Italian and English

For this role, the expected compensation range starts from € 28,000. The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including geographic location, professional experience, education, and skill level.
