Role Overview

The TikTok Shop Manager (Italy) will launch, grow, and scale SharkNinja’s TikTok Shop business in the Italian market. The role blends e‑commerce expertise, social commerce insight, and hands‑on execution to drive revenue growth through strategic campaign management, creator partnerships, and optimization of TikTok Shop operations.

What You’ll Do

• Own the TikTok Shop strategy for Italy: set targets, roadmap and growth plan aligned with SharkNinja’s broader D2C/E‑commerce goals.
• Provide commercial leadership: manage P&L for TikTok Shop Italy, delivering against sales and profitability targets.
• Build and scale relationships with TikTok creators, agencies and affiliates to drive product awareness and sales.
• Develop, launch and optimize TikTok campaigns, leveraging data‑driven insights to maximize ROI.
• Plan couponing, discounting, bundles and seasonal activations to accelerate growth.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Category Marketing, D2C e‑Commerce, operations and global TikTok teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor KPIs (GMV, ROAS, CAC, retention) and deliver regular performance updates to leadership.
• Stay on top of TikTok Shop trends, competitor strategies and platform updates to keep SharkNinja ahead.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing or social commerce; TikTok Shop/affiliate marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of TikTok’s creator economy and affiliate ecosystem.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; able to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
