Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Trade Marketing Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. You will support the Sales and Marketing team in developing and executing trade marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving growth in key markets. You will collaborate with the Communication Consultant and work directly with the founder, Arch. Matteo Brioni, benefiting from his mentorship and strategic insights.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Implement trade marketing activities in line with the company’s sales objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Support the planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and in-store marketing events.
  • Develop promotional materials and sales tools (brochures, catalogs, product sheets, POP materials).
  • Manage relationships with trade partners and distributors, ensuring consistent brand presentation.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Communication team to ensure alignment of messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Manage the image archive and digital assets for efficient use in marketing activities.


Technical Skills:


  • Proficiency in visual design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of trade marketing strategies
  • Photography and video editing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of 3D design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino) and social media management are a plus.


Language Requirements:


  • Good English proficiency is required.
